Professor Kim Walker brings international insight as a consultant for major universities, not-for-profit organisations, corporate business and private foundations. She has worked with 7 University Presidents, and her clients regularly deliver 2X and up 10X results within 18 months.
Kim is known for her versatility, consulting on six continents in four languages and for her ongoing consultancy to a variety of industries including the creative arts, financial services, education, legal and professional services, and retail.
She has mastered a unique set of skills that come from a decade of direct and personal involvement in all aspects of consulting. Kim has an exceptional ability to leverage the critical relationships between organisational culture, governance and leadership action to deliver successful results.
She has served as Director of Arts & Cultural Outreach in the Office of the President at Indiana University USA and as a Dean and Principal of the Sydney Conservatorium of Music at the University of Sydney (2004-2011).
She completed the Stanford Graduate School of Business ENPL program (2002) and the Australian Company Directors Course AICD (2009). Currently Kim is a member of the Australian GAP “Leadership in Higher Education” Task Force, with a mandate from the Minister of Education in Australia to devise a viable, long term strategy that will take excellence in education into the future.
